Role Description

This is a full-time role with flexible hours in a hybrid setting for a Title Processor at American National Title Insurance located in Largo, FL. The Title Processor will be responsible for communication with various parties involved in title transactions, notarizing documents, handling escrow accounts, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience and Familiarity with Real Estate Legal Documentation, Financing and Lender requirements
• Communication, Customer Service, and Accounting skills
• Experience in Notary and Escrow procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Qualia Software
• Previous experience as a Title Processor is critical to this role
