About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and coordinating their travel experiences. From arranging transportation and accommodations to curating personalized itineraries, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth and memorable trips.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Work directly with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
Research destinations, activities, and promotions to provide recommendations
Manage itineraries and ensure accuracy of bookings and travel documents
Provide timely support and assistance before, during, and after travel
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)
