• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2020–$2070 per week\n
• Patient Ratio: 1:1 (expect to see 2 patients per shift)\n
• Charting System: EPIC\n
• Medication Dispense: Pyxis\n
• Dialysis Machines: BBraun and Milimum HX\n
• Scrubs: Any solid color acceptable\n
• Parking: Free onsite parking at all healthcare facilities\n

\n\nDialysis Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Hemodialysis RN experience (inpatient or outpatient)\n
• Active Registered Nurse license (Wisconsin or compact state)\n
• Active BLS certification (AHA required)\n
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills\n

\n\nDialysis RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver bedside hemodialysis treatments to acute/inpatient patients at multiple hospital sites\n
• Float between healthcare facilities within the north region as needed\n
• Utilize EPIC for electronic charting and Pyxis for medication dispensing\n
• Operate BBraun and Milimum HX dialysis machines safely and efficiently\n
• Collaborate with on-site staff, management, and remote healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care\n
• Participate in a comprehensive orientation program (1-2 weeks based on experience and comfort level)\n
• Work alongside another RN for the first 2 days before transitioning to independent patient care\n
