Shift : Mid / 1:30p-10p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, responsibility for every 4th weekend Length : 13 weeks
Requirements :

• KY License
• 2 years experience required
• PharmD (Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy college)
• Successfully completed NAPLEX
• BLS
• ACLS
• EPIC highly preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Community Hospital Experience preferred

• Expected to be able to float within scope
• Locals are accepted

Shift: 8 hours and starts at 13:30 and ends at 22:00, responsibility for every 4th weekend.

-EPIC highly preferred.
-PharmD (Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy college), State License, and ACLS required.
-KY LIC can be pending at time of submission. Must be in hand at time of start.
- 2 years experience required
-Travel experience preferred

-Provide Pharmaceutical Care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions that improve patient outcome. Provide information and educational programs to customers. Assist with the maintenance of Performance Improvement processes to constantly improve our Medication Use Process. Assure dispensing accuracy and direct pharmacy workflow to assure accurate and timely dispensing and distribution.

Nails - should be less than 1/4" in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable
