We're hiring a
Treasury Specialist to join our Internal Accounting team in
St. Louis . You’ll manage daily cash operations, banking relationships, and forecasting - helping keep the firm’s financial foundation strong. We’re searching for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive; a trusted professional who brings both expertise and collaboration to the table.
Major Responsibilities - Oversee daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, and bank account management across multiple entities.
- Execute domestic and international fund transfers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and administer savings trust accounts in compliance with trust documents and policies.
- Record treasury transactions in the Great Plains general ledger system.
- Maintain strong banking relationships and stay current on cash management best practices and technology.
- Identify short-term investment opportunities while monitoring and mitigating financial risk.
- Recommend process improvements and present insights to senior leadership.
- Prepare recurring treasury reports and ad-hoc analyses to support key financial decisions.
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar treasury or accounting role.
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with accounting systems, Excel, and related technology.
