Job Details
Responsibilities:
Trust Administration: Handle daily activities including client meetings, telephone inquiries, and preparing documentation for trustees and estates.
Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents such as Trust Administration Attorney Summaries, Letters of Instruction, and notices to relevant agencies.
Client and Professional Interaction: Communicate regularly with trustees and coordinate with external professionals (attorneys, appraisers, etc.).
Legal Support: Assist in drafting and filing legal petitions and trust documents and manage related court communications.
Qualifications:
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent telephone and meeting etiquette, oral and written communication skills.
Legal Skills: Strong understanding of legal terminology, ability to draft documents, and identify complex legal issues.
Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications like Word and Excel.
