We’re looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Web Designer to join our team and help deliver outstanding results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, responsive websites that align with client goals and branding, ensuring top-tier user experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to create design wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals.
• Work efficiently with our retainer-based clients, maintaining consistency and quality in deliverables.
• Must be able to build and replicate existing designs
• Ensure that projects are completed quickly, with a high level of detail and organization.
• Be super responsive and proactive in our Slack channels throughout the day, addressing feedback and collaborating with the team in real-time.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in UI/UX web design with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various industries, especially tech and startup clients.
• Expertise in Webflow or similar website design tools, with the ability to translate designs into functional web pages.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.
• Ability to work 9 AM - 5 PM CST and remain responsive in our communication channels (Slack).
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A passion for creating innovative, user-friendly web designs that deliver measurable results.
• Ability to balance speed with quality—delivering designs quickly without compromising attention to detail.
