Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sensitive conversations with families regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life decisions, addressing situations including behavioral issues and challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging positively with pet families.
• Handle a high volume of calls in a remote work setting effectively and professionally.
• Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and sound judgment by adhering to your work schedule.
• Accurately gather and document medical information about pets while efficiently scheduling appointments.
• Consistently meet productivity, quality, and performance benchmarks.
• Exceed expectations in delivering outstanding service to pet families and veterinarians alike.
• Maintain punctuality and fulfill all performance expectations, including attendance and work deadlines.
• Additional duties may be assigned to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
