Job Description

Windsor is seeking a highly creative and skilled Video Production Specialist to join our dynamic Creative & Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our visual storytelling across all brand channels, including retail stores, e-commerce, social media, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong background in producing high-impact video content, particularly for fashion brands and campaigns.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Concept, storyboard, and execute compelling video content aligned with brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and promotional needs.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of video production, including casting, locations, wardrobe, and shoot logistics.
• Film high-quality video assets both in-studio and on-location, with an eye for composition, lighting, and style that reflects Windsor’s brand.
• Edit and deliver polished video content optimized for multiple platforms (site banners, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, paid social, in-store displays, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, marketers, and external partners to ensure alignment across messaging and aesthetics.
• Stay ahead of video trends and techniques within the fashion and retail industry to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
• Maintain organized file management and efficient post-production workflows.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in video production, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven ability to produce campaign-level videos from start to finish—concepting through final delivery.
• Strong camera operation skills (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting setup, and audio recording knowledge.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop); experience with color grading tools a plus.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility, with an understanding of Windsor’s target customer and brand voice.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Physical/Environmental Demands and Overtime & Availability:

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a small amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Adequate movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Team members are required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
