Wellness Nurse

Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike.

We are seeking a Wellness Nurse – RN or LPN - Part-Time.

$28 to $30 per hour based on license, skills and experience.
Schedules available: 7a to 3p or 8a to 4p - Every Other Saturday and Sunday or Every Other Saturday and Sunday plus Friday.

Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Wellness Nurse Qualifications:

MA RN or LPN License.
1 year of Long-Term Care experience.

Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Wellness Nurse Job Summary:

Implement and coordinate resident care in collaboration with resident, physician and nursing staff.
Document nursing care such as care/sevice plans, residents’ overall condition and behavior, admission, discharge and resident instructions.
Provide functional direction and assistance to LPNs and CNA’s.
Complete new staff orientation as assigned.
Direct resident care to include making round, answering call lights, administer/observation medications.
Complete monthly/quarterly assessments and documentation.
Attend care/service plan meetings.
Communicate effectively with the residents, families, visitors, members of the health care team, and other disciplines.
Participate in screening potential admissions.
