About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to join our HRIS team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational to intermediate experience in Workday, particularly in security configuration, business process management, and end-user support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Workday environment to ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain Workday modules, focusing on security roles, business processes, and user access management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users, providing timely and effective solutions. Assist in the configuration and testing of Workday updates and enhancements. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. Provide training and support to users on Workday functionality and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with Workday in an analyst or support role. Solid understanding of Workday security, domain and role-based access, and business process configuration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Manages multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Proactive and consistent communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, or Talent. Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields).
