We’re looking for a Lead Workday Analyst to join a dynamic organization in Houston, TX . This is a sole contributor role where you’ll be the go-to Workday expert, driving configurations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring Workday security & payroll functionality.

✅ Salary up to $160K + 10% bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead Workday configuration across HCM, Payroll, Security & Business Processes
🔹 Manage & optimize Workday security roles and permissions
🔹 Partner with HR, Finance & IT teams to enhance Workday functionality
🔹 Provide hands-on expertise in system updates, troubleshooting, and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Strong hands-on configuration experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, Security & Business Processes
✔️ Ability to work independently and take full ownership of Workday administration
✔️ Excellent problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience in a sole contributor Workday role preferred
