The Cool Hardware Company is looking to hire energetic and passionate individuals to join our team to make customer deliveries and provide excellent customer service in a retail sales environment. Key Responsibilities 

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and on the road 
• Drive a company vehicle/van/truck to deliver merchandise to customer homes with care 
• Communicates with managers and associates about transactions; communicates with customers to schedule deliveries. 
• Assembles products for delivery including grills 
• Pull/processes/stages customer orders for delivery 
• Receives, checks in, and sorts external deliveries 

***This position is NOT just delivering packages – it requires delivery with frequent customer interaction*** 

Requirements 

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a driving record that will be cleared by our insurance carrier. 
• Experience driving a commercial van and/or box truck preferred 
• Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills 
• Strong, detailed communication and time management skills 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis 
• Ability to offer sales floor support when no active deliveries are scheduled 
• Ability to assemble outdoor grills, furniture, power equipment, etc.
