We are a rapidly growing marketing and promotional events firm seeking an enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level opportunity provides hands-on experience supporting live events, brand promotions, and community-focused initiatives alongside experienced Event Coordinators.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and experiential marketing who enjoy working in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will:
Represent client brands at local events, retail promotions, pop-up activations, and community campaigns
Engage with customers through interactive brand experiences
Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples and promotional materials
Assist with event sign-ups, registrations, and guest participation
Serve as a knowledgeable brand representative after completing paid training
Monitor foot traffic and collect customer feedback to support campaign improvement
Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth execution and positive attendee experiences
