Job Description

As a Finance and Accounting Intern for the Summer of 2026 with Culver Franchising System , you will gain hands on experience with accounts payable, financial statements, credit card reconciliation, and forecasting, all while contributing to data-driven projects.

Internship Responsibilities Include:

• Complete purchase order and invoice review as well as vendor statement reconciliation
• Conduct credit card reconciliations
• Support the review and consolidation of franchisee financial statements
• Support forecast projections and report improvements
• Assist with daily sales entries and general accounting duties
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and update related documentation

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in Accounting, Finance or related program; Juniors and Seniors preferred
• An interest in analytics and forecasting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and business practices
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Restaurant experience is a plus (especially Culver's!)

Starting Pay Range: Starting at $17.00 per hour

This is a full-time, paid, 12-week summer internship at our Support Center in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin right on the Wisconsin River, just a short drive from Madison!
