Responsible for designing, configuring, and installing information systems (including hardware and software) that have been purchased by the organization's customers •Advises the sales team on the technical aspects of information systems and products •Collaborates with the sales team to estimate the costs and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing information systems products to meet customer needs and systems environment •Ensures smooth integration with customer’s existing systems •Prepares flow charts, models, and procedures and conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions •Writes system and programming specifications so that when the system is implemented it will meet customer needs •Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.

Network Engineer II
The Network Engineer I responsibilities include assisting in enterprise Network design, implementation, and ongoing support of Network infrastructure hardware and software components. Coordinate with both technical and non-technical staff and vendors on the implementation of complex projects. Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems on both physical and virtual infrastructure platforms. Recommend, implement, and document corrective solutions and preventative measures. Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of new technology solutions. Provide Tier 3 support and guidance to IT for all Health System and affiliate entities. Document work in the form of policies, standards, and knowledge base articles.
This position consists of ensuring solutions are delivered in adherence to defined standards and policy.
The Network Engineer I position is expected to actively work on technical projects as well as provide/receive guidance to/from team members as needed to ensure the quality and delivery of work.
This position is expected to work both independently and with various teams across the enterprise.
