Temporary Real Estate Administrative Assistant (Maternity Leave Coverage: December–April) We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis while a team member is on maternity leave. This role will run approximately from December through April. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as tracking all transaction documents in the client database, monitoring deadlines, coordinating appointments and final walkthroughs, and ensuring compliance with real estate procedures. You’ll also assist with marketing efforts, including maintaining our social media presence and helping plan company events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator who can seamlessly step in to support our agents and clients during this coverage period. Responsibilities: • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Manage social media accounts, including creating graphics • Maintain office cleanliness and supply inventory • Maintain company property listings on MLS and CoStar Qualifications: • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Great written and verbal skills • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Real estate license not required • Experience using Canva preferred Compensation: $20 hourly
