Responsibilities Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion Qualifications Must have a valid Real Estate License Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Professional in attitude and appearance Can spend a large amount of time driving Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation 15 - 20 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Monica McDonald Team
