Position Overview As a Recruiter at Exact Medicare, you’ll play a key role in building and sustaining a high-performing team. You’ll own the recruiting lifecycle—from daily outreach and interviews to nurturing candidates and maintaining accurate records—ensuring we attract and retain the very best people to advance our mission. Job Responsibilities Drive daily candidate outreach through calls, messages, and virtual meetings, with a focus on meeting hiring goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates to develop a reliable talent pipeline. Ensure complete accuracy in all hiring and employee data. Participate in weekly check-ins with your manager to review: Prior week’s performance metrics and outcomes Team successes and areas for growth Specific challenges or roadblocks One initiative for team or process improvement Uphold recruiting best practices while ensuring compliance with EEO guidelines and company policies. Minimum Qualifications Experience managing high-volume recruiting, juggling multiple open roles across different functions, and driving them efficiently to completion based on company goals. A proactive recruiter who leads by example through professionalism, effort, and adaptability. A collaborative, results-driven team member who contributes to both individual and organizational success. Ability to balance precise employee data management with the interpersonal demands of recruiting. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
