*Engineering development and Analysis

*Compliance, Documentation & Mentorship
The person:
*Design & Analysis Expertise – Proficient in CAD tools like SolidWorks and NX, with hands-on experience in finite element analysis using software such as Simcenter, Abaqus, or Optistruct for structural evaluation.
*Manufacturing & Assembly Knowledge – Skilled in specifying fastener torque values, material finishes (e.g., anodizing), and developing engineering drawings, with experience designing and assembling spaceflight structures.
*Testing & Compliance – Familiar with NASA GEVS standards, cleanroom protocols, and ESD procedures, with experience in handling, assembling, and testing spaceflight hardware to ensure reliability and performance.
