As a member of the Global Marketing SEO team, you'll be at the forefront of increasing organic search visibility and improving performance for our portfolio of commercial products including Azure, GitHub, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Microsoft Security, and more. We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager with strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and persuasive skills to deliver transformational SEO strategies to a variety of internal leaders and departments. Your colleagues will consist of full-time employees, contractors, and an outsourced agency that have worked together to produce insightful data analysis about our global customers and competitors. In this role, you will work with many stakeholders, colleagues, and leaders to help develop and execute an SEO strategy for at least one specific line of business or customer solution area (CSA) from the Microsoft commercial Marketing portfolio. You might present findings on competitors’ SEO tactics or write a content brief for a new webpage. Your work will help drive web traffic and visibility for our brands, products, and services. Responsibilities You will define and execute the all-up SEO strategy and plan for at least one specific line of business or customer solution area (CSA) from the commercial Marketing portfolio. You will conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform content strategy. You will monitor SEO trends and algorithm changes, always staying ahead of updates to ensure the company’s strategies remain competitive. You will advocate for SEO within Marketing, educating stakeholders and championing organic search as a growth channel. You will monitor and report on SEO performance, using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and internal dashboards to surface insights and recommend optimizations. You will manage integrated marketing program execution planning, as well as help develop program recommendations. You’ll identify solutions that address inefficiencies, collaborate with Product Marketing to identify the business objectives a program can support, analyze KPIs, and share insights that will advance business impact. You’ll recommend actions to executive leaders based on those results, and use performance data to develop insights and make improvement recommendations. You will drive medium complexity projects by developing a detailed project management plan, manage finances for projects with mid-sized to large budgets, and develop and execute communication plans to share progress, blockers, and learnings. Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for these locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
