Vacuum Truck Operator - Class A CDL

Job Description:

The Vacuum Truck Operator will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving and manipulating equipment and materials and vacuum truck operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate efficiently and safely all power equipment, and vehicles in accordance with DOT laws and regulations.
• Operate and set-up all necessary equipment in accordance with operation training and guidelines and safety procedures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
• Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
• Manually clean, install, fit repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets and all other external and internal equipment.

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year's commercial driving experience.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must have a TANKER endorsement.
• Must have NO AUTO Restrictions. Must be legally capable of driving a manual transmission truck.
• Must have a valid TWIC card or be capable of obtaining one.
• Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
• Must be capable of passing a MVR (Motor Vehicle) background check.
• Must be capable of passing a personal background check.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
