Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to support the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HCM systems and project management, with hands-on experience in configuring, testing, and supporting Workday solutions. This role will be critical in ensuring a smooth and successful transition of HR processes and data from PeopleSoft to Workday, providing strategic guidance and operational expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules as part of the transition from PeopleSoft.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, and business processes in Workday.
• Ensure data migration from PeopleSoft to Workday is executed accurately, addressing any discrepancies and data integrity issues.
• Configure Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and other relevant modules.
• Identify opportunities to optimize Workday functionality to meet the organization's evolving needs.
• Work with internal teams to resolve system issues and enhance user experience.
• Support project management efforts for the Workday transition, including managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide expertise and best practices on Workday configuration and HRIS project management processes.
• Track project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success and timely delivery.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data accuracy post-migration.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training efforts to ensure end-users are fully prepared for the new Workday system.
• Troubleshoot system issues identified during testing and after deployment, working closely with Workday support and technical teams.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM, with at least 2 years focused on Workday implementation or major upgrades.
• Strong understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM system and experience transitioning to or from other HRIS platforms is a significant plus.
• Experience in supporting large-scale HRIS projects, ideally Workday-related, from initiation through post-launch.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
