This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Supervisor role based in Lakewood, NJ. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a team of cleaning staff, and ensure adherence to the “Mint Standard” of cleanliness. Responsibilities include coordinating cleaning schedules, monitoring staff performance, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing client feedback to ensure high satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and strong leadership to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Supervisory and leadership skills for managing and motivating cleaning staff.
• Experience in commercial cleaning with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and address client needs.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and protocols related to cleaning practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
