Job Description

Our company is looking for a licensed Enrolled Agent whose primary role will be to represent services to individual & corporate clients before the IRS for the Fresh Start Programs in order to aid in there tax issues. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled tax professional with a deep understanding of federal tax laws and regulations as well as have an initiative and drive to progress with cases.
This position is to be in Office.  

• Tax Preparation: Prepare individual and corporate tax returns, including Form 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1041.
• Tax Planning: Provide tax planning strategies to clients, helping them minimize their tax liabilities.
• Tax Research: Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide informed advice to clients.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their tax-related concerns.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal tax laws and regulations.
• Professional Development : Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and industry trends through continuing education.
• Work with a team to provide assistance with cases.

Qualifications:

• Must have CAF # & PTIN . OTE - on top of base pay.
• Education: Enrolled Agent (EA) certification from the IRS.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Enrolled Agent or in a similar tax preparation role.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of federal tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., Intuit Lacerte, TaxWise).
