In this role, you’ll serve as Robert’s right hand, provide concierge-level service to clients, help the business run efficiently, take pride in driving it forward, bring a collaborative approach, and maintain and update systems as they evolve. A dedicated home workspace and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle (with a valid driver’s license and insurance) are required. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Calendar & Inbox Management: Keep Robert on track and his priorities clear. Serve as his gatekeeper, time manager, and reminder system. Manage Deal Flow: Draft contracts, prep Robert for listing appointments, own the listing process from contract to close—coordinating with the TC & vendors, prep homes for market, manage showings, and ensure marketing is on point with the support of a marketing coordinator. Client Care: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing concierge‑level service and ensuring no detail is overlooked. Database & Lead Follow‑Up: Keep the CRM organized and up to date, making sure leads from referrals don’t fall through the cracks. Buyer Support & Transaction Coordination: Assist with timelines, showing schedules, repair requests, and communication flow to keep deals moving smoothly. Event Planning : Coordinate pop‑up open houses or client appreciation events as needed, occasionally outside regular business hours. Qualifications We Know You You have 2+ years of experience supporting an agent in a similar capacity and an active CA real estate license. You are proactive, warm, and collaborative; you bring structure to fast‑paced environments while confidently adapting as priorities shift. People often notice your warm energy, professionalism, and ability to make others feel supported and valued. You are highly organized with acute attention to detail, taking pride in keeping the business moving and using your tech skills to streamline and modify workflows. You approach your work with a team‑focused mindset, always thinking ahead to clear distractions and keep your lead agent on track. When challenges arise, you handle them with confidence, drawing on your experience, or view them as opportunities to learn and grow.
